Your first visit is about understanding you. We’ll listen to your story, may run gentle INSiGHT nervous-system scans, and explain what we find in plain language. You’re never rushed, and we only recommend care that fits your goals.
Do you offer gentle adjustments no forceful 'cracking'?
Yes. We use gentle, specific adjustments tailored to each person from feather-light fingertip pressure for infants to comfortable techniques for adults. If chiropractic has made you nervous before, tell us and we’ll go fully at your pace.
What ages and families do you care for in Poway?
